How we personalize the construction services provided:

Proper planning prior to the construction phase of a project ensures high-quality results. During the planning phase, we get the homeowner involved:

  • Establish detailed construction schedule highlighting all activities including purchasing, fabrication, shop drawing production and construction work in place.
  • Order and expedite the delivery of all material.
  • Implement management control of all project activities.
  • Prepare and implement subcontract agreements and purchase orders.

CEO personal philosophy:

We build quality homes at a reasonable and competitive price. Yes, we are in business to make a living for a long period of time and build many homes, not get rich off a few houses. We price our homes as a win-win situation, allowing Eagle Crest Homes to stay in business while allowing the homeowner to move into a brand new home with little or no money out of their pocket and a mortgage payment that is comfortable for their living style.

Why? Our customers are primary service members fighting for our country, preserving the very freedom we live by. I am retired after 22 years of service and the Army has moved my family 9 times in 22 years and I understand the trouble of moving and the transition process; therefore; I believe in our "One-Stop" and quick turn around in the building process.

The logic is simple, I feel every homeowner making this kind of major purchase should walk into positive equity. Therefore, in three-four years when the Army requires them to move, they will have enough equity in their home to sell that house and turn a nice profit. Sadly, too many buyers walk into a home upside down (closing cost/mortgage fees) owing more than the apprised value and in 3-4 years when required to move, they are forced to sell the home at cost just to walk away.

Give us a chance to build your dream home.

How we differ from other Builders

We have a superior product, faster turn around, and a lower cost home for you, the homeowner. Eagle Crest Homes wants to make your home purchase fast, simple, and personalized to meet your family needs.

  • You will know up-front the appraisal value and set the final purchase price.
  • During 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008 100% of our homeowners purchased their home with positive equity in their investment.
  • During 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008 the value of each home increased an average of $ 6,000.00 positive equity from the sales price to the final apprised value. The range was as high as $ 9,000.00 and as low as $ 2,000.00 per home.

We have the potential to go from "0-90 days" and have the buyer in the home.

Dear Eagle Crest Homes:

Our Crest home, Model Captiva, 2-story, was set a year ago by your company. We still love and adore the home. You and your team did an extremely professional job. I still can't believe the pictures and videos of the ice and snow that you had to be deal with on set day. You know lovely Southern Michigan weather in January. It was extremely cold conditions that you and your team had to work under. I am still amazed at how well planned you had everything set to fall into place on set day. Doing the home order process via email, fax and over the phone was changeling and you did a great job. You handled all the warranty claims quickly and our utility bill for heat and air has been $50 to $75 less than any other home I have lived in here in Southern Michigan and Northern Indiana.
We get so many compliments on our home and I wanted to give our thanks and appreciation to you and your team for a job well done. I'm sure we will be just as happy 10 years from now.

Sincerely,

Lynda S Hart
