What is a System Built Home?
The term generally used to describe a "System Built Home". Our homes are built under environmentally
controlled conditions and constructed in very much the same way as a "stick built" home and shipped to the home
site on two or more carriers for final assembly. Our homes are built to highest building code requirements than
any other home in Missouri. The State or independent third party inspectors carefully inspect every home. Our homes will comply
with the C.A.B.O., O.B.B.C., B.O.C.A., U.B.C., and Southern Building Code as well as the National Electrical Code.
How does a System Built Home differ from a "site built home"?
When you think about construction, you may realize the "site built"
homes are really not "built" but they are assembled. Builders purchase building components, such as roof trusses,
studs, floor joist, decking, windows, doors, cabinets, drywall, shingles, electrical wire, bath fixtures, floor coverings,
etc. from local building supply houses or component manufacturers and ship these materials to the job-site for assembly. By
contrast purchases brand name materials direct from the manufacturer in large quantities and assembles them in their facility
under controlled conditions out of the weather. Using sophisticated cutting equipment, precision jigs to assemble components
and by using the "right equipment to perform the right job", these craftsman have the benefit of building your home
under "ideal working conditions" resulting in an efficient and timely building of your new home.
What is our roll in the Building process? As your builder we are trained and authorized to sell System Built Homes. We will insure
proper installation of your home at your chosen location, will assist you in securing financing, and will perform all authorized
service & warranty work. He will assist or perform all site preparations including the foundation, utilities, septic,
building of garages, decks, dormers, porches and other final finish requirements.
What safety features are included in a your Home? Your safety is first and foremost in our product development. Every Home has built-in safety features to protect
you and your family and includes the following features: - All Homes are built to meet the
State and local building codes and is inspected both by an internal Quality Assurance Department as well as an Independent
Third Party Agency and by State Inspectors.

as well as for each living level according National Electric Code. All smoke detectors are hardwired interconnected with battery

Testimonies
Dear Dave,
I just want to say thank you for your excellent service and assistance throughout the home buying and building
process. As a Realtor, I have worked with many builders in the area on behalf of my customers, and have seen firsthand problems
and difficulties that can arise from newly constructed homes.
I chose to purchase two Eagle Crest Homes
as my first venture into building homes to offer for resale or lease. I felt your homes would be an excellent investment and
might help me avoid some of the routine difficulties I have seen with frame construction.
The experience I had working
with you has been nothing short of perfect. You did everything you said you would do, when you said you would do it, and for
the price you quoted me. You helped me avoid potential problems by asking the right questions at the right time. If every
builder upheld similar standards, my job would be so much easier! Even though the homes are awaiting carpet and
appliances yet, I have already signed a 2-year lease for one of them, and have seen a great deal of interest in the other
one, with two people considering signing leases on that one as well. Did I mention that I have not put it on the MLS yet?
These homes are exciting and affordable for my customers, and I can't wait to see more of them in the Saint Robert and
Waynesville area. In fact, I believe that once I get this second one rented, I will be working with you again to construct
a third one.
Again, thank you for your professionalism, honesty, and hard work. I truly appreciate all that you
have done to make this a positive (and profitable) experience for me. Sincerely,
Kathy Bohon

Dear Dave:
We just purchased the M27 home from Eagle Crest Homes. I called Mr.
Kinsman a few months ago inquiring about their homes. He was easy to talk to and answered all our questions thoroughly.
He listened to our ideas about what we wanted in a new home, and helped us stay within our budget!
The day our
home was set-up was amazing. Mr. Kinsman and his team worked very well together, everyone was polite and friendly. They knew
what had to be done and they worked as a "team" to get the job done! It was a great experience working with Mr.
Kinsman, and I would definitely suggest to anyone that is getting ready to buy a new home, to talk with him first. Even if
you have a budget, he will help you find your dream home. Thank You,
Linnie and Tammy DeClue
